Typographical Errors:

In the event that www.sallaInteriors.com mistakenly listed an incorrect price or specs www.sallaInteriors.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.sallaInteriors.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.sallaInteriors.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or a full credit which ever applies.

In the event demand exceeds stock-at-hand www.sallaInteriors.com will promptly inform you of such delay or offer alternative item, store credit or cancel order. Any special orders full refund will not apply.

Keep in mind that a valid Day Time Phone Number is Mandatory for the delivery company to set up time for delivery.

Shipping:

Delivery Time Allow 2-4 weeks from date order is placed. Free Delivery in lower 48 States. Curbside delivery only.
Ground Shipments – Your package will ship via UPS; doorstep service. UPS will not notify you prior to delivery. We will email you a tracking number upon releasing your order. Please monitor your order at www.ups.com for estimated date of delivery.

Freight Truck – Freight Truck deliveries are also referred to as "Tailgate Delivery"; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. Deliveries are to ground floors only. If your order indicate “Liftgate Delivery” the driver will unload the order to a ground floor at your business or residence. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed.  

At time of Delivery you MUST inspect all merchandise for damage. Inspect the outer packaging for any dents, crushing, punctures or soiled areas. DO NOT sign the delivery slip unless you have fully inspected the order to be Free of any visible damage. You agree not comply with our Damage claim process. In the event replacements are needed; they will be shipped out as stock permits. Upon receipt of your order www.sallaInteriors.com will email you a reminder on how to inspect and if necessary; how to handle a damage claim.

 

Cancellations:

All cancellation must be submitted in writing and Faxed to us. In the event your order was released to the carrier; you will be refunded full sale price less shipping and a 20% cancellation fee. If you order has not left our warehouse and in pick stage a full refund of the Sale Price less 20% cancellation fee will be applicable.

 

Return Policy:

A 20% re-stocking fee can apply. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but Shipping Fees will be deducted from the Sale price and you will be charged for round trip shipping cost incurred by www.sallaInteriors.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. All returns must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once www.SallaInteriors.com receives the returned merchandise and order has been inspected.

 

Damage Policy & Procedure

If the exterior packaging has sustained significant damage, refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery driver
and note damage in the delivery receipt. The clear delivery receipt confirms that the carrier have completed delivery in the same condition the shipment was in at time of pickup.

 

The delivery receipt is for the purpose of recording the facts at time of delivery and certifies the fright was received in good order unless otherwise noted. If a shipment is in a distressed condition, the consignee has the legal obligation to make a notation of the exact damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the delivery. The absence of an exception on the delivery receipt establishes that there was no question concerning the condition of the shipment at time of delivery.

 

In order for a carrier to hold liability, a claim presentation must establish (1) good order at time of pickup, (2) loss or damage at time of delivery and (3) the dollar amount of the loss. In the absence of carrier liability your claim will be decline.
We ask our customers to promptly report damages to us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos should be taken of the damages and forwarded to Sala Interiors via email. We do have
digital images of your order prior to shipment to assist in the claim process. We do require pictures of the damage sustained to the outer contents and the item itself. Provide us with details regarding the location; identify items with damages or parts required. Upon receipt of the photos, we will process the damage claim with the shipping company only if we have damages noted in the delivery receipt. Once the claim is approved, we will replace the item. We advise you not to discard any of the original packaging material and the contents. Replacement of a damaged item is contingent upon approval of the claim. The Freight Companies are protected by Federal Law, allowing them 90 days to resolve a claim.     

 

At time of delivery neither the driver nor the consignee noted damages to the product this is considered concealed damage and the consignee is responsible to file claim directly with the carrier.
